Samsung quiere adquirir a SanDisk como sea

Tras frustadas negociaciones entre Samsung y SanDisk, parece ser ahora que Samsung ofrecerá USD 26$ por acción. Además aquí no termina todo, ya que Toshiba también está interesada en adquirir a SanDisk, por lo que esto se pone cada vez más interesante.

¿Quién ganará?
